What if something gets damaged during a clean?+
Report it within the 72-hour review window after the visit. Damage claims are reviewed case-by-case in coordination with the cleaner. Full details on the Sparkle Guarantee.
What if I'm not home during the cleaning?+
Most of our customers aren't. Leave entry instructions in your booking — lockbox code, garage door, or simply “door will be unlocked.” You can save default entry instructions in your homeowner profile so you don't have to retype them every time.
What about pets?+
Mention pets in your booking notes and most cleaners will be ready for them. If you have specific concerns — a reactive dog, a cat that bolts — message your cleaner through Sparkle before the visit so everyone's on the same page.
Can I book the same cleaner every time?+
Yes. You pick a specific cleaner for every booking. Mark a cleaner as a favorite and they'll show up first when you book again.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?+
Cancel or reschedule from your booking page. Cancellations more than 24 hours before the scheduled time qualify for a full refund. Inside the 24-hour window, refunds may not apply — see our Terms for the full policy.
